Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards is asking for the public's assistance in locating two convicted sex offenders wanted for failing to register as a convicted sex offender.Wanted are Sedrick D. Watts (49) and Willie Lee Toney (43), who is also known as “Popeye Toney”.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of these two sex offenders is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 800.554.5245. TPSO Detective Glynn Cacioppo is the lead investigator.
