Guy Dewayne Hammond, a native of Bogalusa, LA, and a resident of Angie, LA died Saturday evening at Riverside Medical Center in Franklinton, LA at the age of 63. He was a correctional officer for RCC in Angie, LA for 21 years.
He is survived by his sister, Annette (Ricky) Forbes of Angie, LA; 3 nephews, Richie (Kelly) Forbes of Angie, LA, Johnathan (Becky) Hammond of Slidell, LA, and Josh (Melissa) Hammond of Bogalusa, LA. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Jeanette Hammond; brother, eddie Joe “Fat Boy” Hammond.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
