Missing 10-Year-Old Boy Found in St. Tammany
With the assistance of other agencies and the public, the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office found Nicholas Olano, Jr., a 10-year-old boy reported missing Saturday (December 8, 2018) after he ran away from a facility in the Mandeville area. The search began immediately and continued throughout Sunday and into Monday morning. Olano was found alive and hiding in a heavily wooded area at 8:42 a.m. Monday morning (December 10, 2018). He was transported to a local hospital to be evaluated, but other than being tired, cold and hungry, appears to be in good health.
