Raymond Leo Magee, affectionately known as "Ray Ray", departed this world on Wednesday, November 21, 2018. He was born on July 13, 2001 in Bogalusa, La. He was a Senior at Bogalusa High School and a member of Salter Chapel A.M.E. Church.
He leaves to cherish his memory, His parents Darryl and Edna Brown of Bogalusa, LA. Three sisters Chazity Magee Chelsea Magee of Bogalusa, La and Shronda (Travis ) Hunter of Denham Springs, LA six brothers James (Sabrina) Ishman of Gulfport, MS, Darrell (Dominique) Ishman of Bossier City, LA, Donald (Marissa) Ishman, Keithan (Courtney) Ishman, Truman Brown and Rodney Brown all of Bogalusa, La; six aunts Sandra Jones, Gloria (Curtis) Hughes, Annette Perkins, Monique Brown, and Trina Brown all of Bogalusa, La, and Darleen Ishman Ishman of Charlotte, North Carlina; nine uncles Micheal (Tressa) Ishman, Lloyd (Tonya) Lewis, Lawrence Way, Tim Brown Boris (Amy) Brown, Patrick Brown and Bo Brown of Bogalusa, La, Gerald Ishman Of Augusta, Ga, and Larry Ishman of Green Line, Pennsylvania. His grandparents Robert Knox of Bogalusa and Charles and Doris Magee of New Orleans, La. Special friends Damyia and Shaniyha Harris of Bogalusa, La He is also survived by Cheryl Magee.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents James and Cora Ishman, Lucille Brown and Wash and Pearl Way.
Visitation will be Friday, November 30, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Cook-Richmond Funeral Home in Bogalusa followed by a Family Gathering. The Funeral will be Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Salter Chapel A.M.E. Church in Bogalusa.
