Edith Harry Roberts of Varnado, Louisiana was born on August 18, 1931 in Angie, Louisiana to the late William Harry and the late Johnnie Barr Harry. She departed this life on November 11, 2018.
She leaves to mourn, her daughter Johnnie Louise (Samuel) McCall of Nolensville, TN, ; sons Joe Willie (Vernadine) Roberts of Angie, LA; Samuel (Mary) Fisher of Moss Point, MS.; stepson Bernard Kidd of Angie, LA.; four grandchildren ; Four Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Edith was preceded in death by her husband Cornelius Roberts. and her son Andrew Roberts.
The viewing will be held at Crain & Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa, Louisiana on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.; family hour 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 from 11:00AM -1:00PM followed by funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Wesley Ray United Methodist Church in Angie, Louisiana, Reverend Terrence August officiating. Interment – Jefferson Cemetery.
Crain and Sons Funeral Home – Bogalusa are in charge of arrangements.
