Percy Payne, Jr. passed away at the age of 69 on Saturday, October 6, 2018 in Franklinton, Louisiana.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018 at Magee's Temple Church of God In Christ in Franklinton, Louisiana with Supt. Cecealine Tate, Pastor and Rev. Willie Mingo officiating.
Crain and Sons Funeral Home - Franklinton are in charge of arrangements.
