Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards is asking the public's assistance in locating Cardell Barnes (24), also known as "DEBO", of Kentwood.Cardell is wanted for second degree rape, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, and illegal use of a CDS in the presence of a person under 17.
