Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards reports the arrest on Wednesday (August 22, 2018) of Brad Core (44) of Hammond and a member of the Hammond Police Department at the time of his arrest.Warrants were obtained Wednesday charging Core with sexual battery, oral sexual battery, carnal knowledge of a juvenile, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Core surrendered to TPSO detectives without incident Wednesday night.
This investigation remains on-going.
