Ida Faye Taylor Cutrer
June 30, 1935 - May 30, 2018



Ida Faye Taylor Cutrer, age 82 and a resident of Franklinton, died at 1:00 pm Wednesday May 30, 2018 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. She was the beloved wife of the late Leroy Cutrer and a member of Mt. Hermon United Pentecostal Church. Faye often helped others in need of assistance and she sat with some clients for many years. She enjoyed caring for folks and became very close to those she spent time with.
Survived by: Son and Daughter in law: Marty and Nelda Cutrer; 2 Grandchildren and Spouses: Aimee Cutrer Sills and Jason Sills, Justin Cutrer and Teresa Cutrer; Many beloved great-grandchildren; Brother and Sister in law: Atwood and Jewette Taylor; Also numerous nieces, nephews, brothers in law and sisters in law.
She was also preceded in death by her parents Maurice Taylor and Rozene White Taylor, sisters Eula Mae Taylor Jarrell, Jessie Lee Taylor King and brothers Billy Ray Taylor, Isaac Taylor and Nelson Taylor.
Visitation will be at Mt. Hermon United Pentecostal Church (37300 Sunny Hill Road, Mt. Hermon, LA 70450) on Friday June 1st from 5 pm until 8 pm. Visitation will continue at the church Saturday from 12 pm until 2 pm. A funeral service will be held in the church at 2 pm Saturday with Rev. Randall Garcia and Rev. John M. Franklin officiating. Burial will follow in the Cutrer Cemetery.
