Grace E. Knight Guilott

Grace E. Knight Guilott, age 80 and a resident of Sun, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018 at Sanctuary at Passages Hospice in New Orleans, LA.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Guilott Thomas (Chad) of Sun, LA; two sisters, Barbara Seal Chandler of Bullard, TX, and Faye Knight Spencer of Pineville, LA; two sisters-in-law, Nell Knight of Varnado, LA, and Barbara Guilott of Bush, LA; grandsons, Ryan Mizell, Jeremy Thomas (Martha), and Cannon Thomas (Emily); a step-grandson, Nick Ammons; great-grandchildren, Alexus Lawrence, Brogan Mizell, an Kenley Thomas; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended loving family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Guilott; and her parents, Thomas Corkern Knight and Viola Borde Knight.
Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on Friday, March 30, 2018 from 5:00 P.M – 9:00 P.M. Visitation will continue at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, March 31, 2018 from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 P.M. Funeral Services will begin at 2:00 P.M. Interment will follow at Sun First Baptist Church Cemetery.
