Sonia Gayle Blackwell
August 29, 1971 - January 8, 2018
Sonia Gayle Blackwell age 46 passed away of Jan. 8, 2018 at her residence in Angie, La. She is survived by her fiance Thomas "Bozo" Myers of Angie La. One son, Buster Benefield of New Augusta MS. Three Daughters, Ashley Monica Bordelon of Angie La., Cassie Benefield of Cabat Ark., and Mary Elizabeth Blackwell of Metairie La. Two brothers, Gary Forbes of Bogalusa, La., Carley Provost II of Bogalusa La. Her father Carley Provost of Bogalusa La. Fourteen grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her mother Wilda Jarrell, sisters Carla Provost and Christy Provost, and a nephew Corey Provost.
Visitation will be in the chapel of Brown-McGehee Funeral Home on Saturday January 13, 2018 from 10 a.m. until time for services in the chapel at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Gay Cemetery. Dr. Michelle Thomas will officiate.
