Kenneth Ray Adams, Sr.
June 15, 1941 - December 16, 2017
Kenneth Ray Adams, Sr., a native of Bogalusa and a resident of Mandeville, passed away on December 16, 2017 at Lacombe Nursing Home at the age of 76. He was a retired electrician in the New Orleans area and was also a member of the New Orleans Chapter of the IBEW.
Kenneth is survived by 2 sons Kenny (Dodie) Adams, Jr. of Mandeville, LA and Randy Charles Adams of Mandeville, LA; a daughter Jeannean (Rod) Hereford of Slidell, LA; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
He is preceded in death by a special friend Geraldine Suitt; his parents Luther Pierce Adams, Sr. and David Louise Robertson Adams; a son Frank Adams; his brothers David Wayne Adams, Bobby Adams, Luther Pierce Adams, Jr.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home, 216 Alabama Ave., Bogalusa, LA 70427, beginning at 9:00 am and ending at service time at 11:00 am. The funeral will begin at 11:00 am in the chapel with interment following the service at Adams cemetery in Bogalusa, LA.
