A Bit of Christmas Comes to Franklinton Nursing Homes

Chief Olander Smith and Officers of the Franklinton Police Department and the Corbett W. Penton Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #47 visited Heritage Manor and Good Samaritan Living Center this morning (December 15, 2017). They also brought along the Franklinton High School Demonaires under the Direction of Kyle Jones to entertain the residents with a few Christmas songs. Officers gave each resident a Christmas gift and wished each one a Happy Holidays. Chief Smith gave the Administration and staff fruit baskets and wished everyone a Merry Christmas.
Chief Smith would like to thank the Demonaires for providing the entertainment and the Officers and staff of the Franklinton Police Department for working to put this event together.
