Obituary

Marion Stiller LeBlanc
February 26, 1924 - November 19, 2017



Marion Stiller LeBlanc, a long-time resident of Rio and more recently of Robert, passed away on November 19, 2017 at 11:58 a.m. at the age of 93. She is the daughter of George F. and Margaret Hooks Stiller of New Orleans.
She is preceded in death by her husband, the late Eggert "Dago" LeBlanc of Labadieville, La., five sisters, Margaret Stiller Bourgeois, Georgia Stiller DeFrense of New Orleans La. Millie S. Barnes of Lacombe, La., Betty S. Pilgrim of Picayune MS., Joyce S. Kintz of Kenner La. One brother, Henry (Hank) Christian Stiller of Slidell La.
She worked at The Orleanian Apartments in New Orleans 1970-1985 and at One Flock Books & Gifts in Covington, La from 2000-2010.
She was a parishioner at St. Anselm Catholic Church in Madisonville, La and St. Peter Catholic Church in Covington La.
She enjoyed participating in the ST. Joseph Alter in her parish. She was a member of the Silver Sneakers at the Covington YMCA and also enjoyed family gatherings.
She is survived by her son Gary LeBlanc Sr. and wife Dale of Robert, La., daughter Wanda Leblanc of Bogalusa La., three grandchildren, Jessica Sanders of Ft. Meyers, Fl., Brianna Sandifer of Bogalusa, La., and Gary Leblanc Jr. and wife Gina of Independence, La. She also has two great grandsons, Body Sandifer and Isaac Leblanc.
Visitation will be held on Saturday November 25, 2017 at Annunciation Catholic Church 517 Ave. B, Bogalusa, La. beginning at 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Rosary will start at 11:30 with a Funeral Mass to following at 12 noon. Burial will follow in Hillview Memorial Gardens. Rev. Father Daniel Brouillette will officiate. In Lieu of flowers, masses are preferred on her behalf
