Billie Ervin Magee
August 15, 1935 - November 03, 2017


Billie Ervin Magee, native of Franklinton and resident of Hammond, departed this life at the age of 82 on Friday, November 3, 2017 at North Oaks Hospital in Hammond, LA.
He attended Washington Parish High School and he was a retired veteran of the US Navy and Army where he was a US Navy Petty Officer. He was also employed at D.H. Winn Trucking Company.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ and was affiliated with several organizations.
Mr. Magee is survived by his wife, Linda Ann Lumas Magee, two sons, Keith and Mark (Joyce) Magee, two brothers, George and Edward Magee; two sisters, Esther M. and Mary Magee. 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by his father, Delmas Magee and mother Ruth L. Crain (Magee) and his brothers, Phillip and Addison.
There will be a memorial service on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Crain and Sons Funeral Home at 2000 Washington Street, Franklinton, LA. There will not be a visitation.
