A single vehicle crash just after midnight Saturday (September 30, 2017) morning occurred on LA 62 just east of LA 424 in Washington Parish and claimed the life of Jamie Lee Adcox (19) of Pine. Troopers determined that the crash occurred as Jamie Lee Adcox's truck exited the roadway, overturned, slid on its roof as it crashed into a driveway embankment, became airborne, and ultimately crashed into several small trees. Adcox was ejected from his vehicle and sustained fatal injuries.
