The Washington Parish Fair Flag Raising, the official kick-off for the Fair Season, will once again be held in both Franklinton and Bogalusa. The event in Franklinton will be Friday, September 29th at 10 am in front of the Courthouse. The event in Bogalusa will be on Friday, October 6th at 10 am in front of City Hall.
