District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports that a St. Tammany Parish grand jury indicted Jason Matthew Magee, III (37) of Pearl River on Thursday (September 21, 2017) on two counts of first degree murder.Magee is accused of shooting his ex-wife, Jennifer W. Magee, and her boyfriend, Donald A. Gros, to death on June 19, 2017 at a home near Highway 41 and Max Mercer Road in Pearl River. Magee was apprehended the next day by the Pearl River Police Department without incident as he was walking on I-59.
