The Franklinton Police Department in partnership with the Franklinton Fire Department is asking anyone who wishes to donate items to be sent to Florida for hurricane relief to please bring the items this Saturday, September 30, 2017, to the Washington Parish Fairgrounds during the Safety Expo from 10am to 2pm.
Items in need are cleaning supplies, toiletries, diapers and baby formula.
We cannot accept clothing items due to restrictions at the distribution center in Florida.
