Donna Gaines Rick
March 6, 1956 - August 9, 2017


DONNA GAINES RICK, AGE 61 and a resident of Wilmer died at 12:15 pm Wednesday August 9, 2017 at her home. She worked as a Tool Attendant with Starcon and other companies through the years, which allowed her to travel all over the country. She enjoyed sewing and crocheting, often making items for other people. She also enjoyed fishing and loved to ride motorcycles. She liked lighthouses of all different styles.
Survived by: Husband: Frank Rick, III of Wilmer; 3 Daughters and Sons in law: Dana and Charles Devall of Franklinton, Dena and Jerry Ketchum of Wilmer, Charity Rick Parrish of Loranger; Son: Eric Gaines of Amite; 9 Grandchildren: Jacob Devall, Bridget Devall, Bailey Devall, Tristen Ketchum, Morgan Ketchum, Tyler Ebarb, Faith Parrish, Frank Rick, IV, Mariah Duhe; Great-grandson: Cason Duhe; Mother: Bobbie Jean Crowe Gaines of Amite; Sister and Brother in law: Dedria and Gene Passman of Franklinton; Also numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father Earnest Raymond Gaines and grandson Charles Brody Devall.
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Saturday August 12th from 9 am until 11 am. A funeral service will be held at 11 am Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Calvin Crowe officiating. Burial will follow in the Crowe Cemetery.
