The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office began investigating the Chinese Massage Parlor, located in Suite B of Sunshine Plaza in Mandeville, on Friday, July 7, 2017, after receiving numerous complaints of illegal activities taking place at the establishment.Members of St. Tammany Parish Narcotics Task Force and Homeland Security investigators conducted an undercover investigation and discovered that a massage therapist at the business was giving erotic massages to some of her customers.
Liwei Dong (DOB: 10/21/1963; 92 McKinley Street, Kenner) was charged with Prostitution by Massage. She was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail Friday (July 7, 2017) night.
Dong is from China, but has been legally living in the United States.
The Louisiana Board of Massage Therapy will be notified of the illegal activities at the business.
