Alcohol Thief Caught by SPD After Foot Chase

A man, who has been caught stealing from Walmart twice in the last three weeks, fled from Slidell police yesterday (July 19) as he tried to get away with hundreds of dollars worth of liquor.
Jarrett Trosclair (38) of Houma was caught on July 3rd at a Walmart for stealing over $600 worth of merchandise. Less than three weeks later, Trosclair was caught at another Walmart for trying to steal hundreds of dollars worth of liquor. This time, Trosclair tried to flee from Slidell Police, but was caught after a brief foot chase.
