Wet Weather Forecasted Now Thru Thursday

At 3:52 pm today, the National Weather Service requested an  IMMEDIATE BROADCAST for a Flood Watch. Very heavy rain is expected from Potential Tropical Cyclone Three as early as tonight and lasting until Friday. Expectation is for 4 to 8 inches with isolated areas greater than 10 inches. Coastal regions are expected to experience the worst of it.
