Billy Ray Parker, age 84, a resident of Bogalusa, LA, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at his home in Bogalusa, LA. He was born on October 12, 1932 in Isabel, LA.
He is survived by his wife, Melva Louise Parker of Bogalusa, LA; two daughters, Kathleen Wheat, and Betty Watson both of Bogalusa, LA; grandchildren, Kimberly Degen, Alicia Degen, Kay Evans, Jason Watson, Tracey Grande, Albert Joseph Stewart, Jr., Rodney Stewart, Rebecca Stewart, and John Stewart; fourteen great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Alice Degen; his mother, Lillie Parker; and his brothers, Albert Stewart, Sr., Donald Ray Stewart, and Lynn Parker.
