Bogalusa Fugitive Murder Suspect is Back Home

Brandon Lotts (30), of Bogalusa, who was apprehended in Yuba County, California on a warrant for a First Degree Murder that occurred September 29, 2015, has been returned and charged by the Bogalusa Police Department. The murder was of Trevante Toney (21) of Lumberton, MS.  
On Thursday (June 8, 2017) was arrested by BPD on the charges of  First Degree Murder, Possession or carrying of a weapon by a convicted felon, Illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments, Obstruction of Justice, Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property, Possession of Heroin with intent to distribute, Possession of Ecstasy with intent to distribute, Possession of Schedule II narcotics with intent to distribute, Possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute, and as a fugitive from East Baton Rouge Parish for Possession or carrying a weapon by a convicted felon.
