St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying two individuals who on April 16th broke into Layton's Pharmacy on Hwy. 21 in Covington and attempted to break into C&C Drugs on Hwy. 59 in Mandeville. They made off with an unknown quantity of prescription medications.
In both cases, the suspects left in a large white Ford Econoline van. The van was stolen just prior to the burglaries occurring. The same two suspects are believed to be responsible for two additional pharmacy burglaries, which occurred in Hammond during the early morning hours of April 17.
