Quincy Adams, 80, resident of Angie, LA passed away on April 7, 2017 at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington, LA. He was born in Washington Parish, LA on September 7, 1936.
Qunicy is survived by his wife Charlene S. Adams; a son Tommy (Kellie) Adams; a daughter Tammy Boone (Greg Slade); grandchildren Jeremy Boone, Quincy Durwood “Bucky” Adams (Megan Passaro), Chase Boone (Amanda Johnson), Andrew Adams (Hailie), Kayla Boone (Tyler Knight); great grandchildren Levy Boone, Addyson Adams, Avery Boone, Aiden Thomas.
He is preceded by his parents B. J. and Agnes Ard Adams; his brothers Marvin Adams and John E. Adams; and a sister Bonnie Mae Strahan.
Visitation will be held Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 6:30 pm until 9:00 pm at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home and will continue Monday morning, April 10, 2017 at 9:00 am until the funeral service at 2:00 pm in the chapel. Bro. Glenn Erwin and Bro. Larry Mizell will officiate and interment will follow at Reubin Adams Cemetery.
