Burglaries and Gun Thefts Land 7 in TPSO Jail

Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes and Narcotics Unit arrested 7 individuals, recovered numerous stolen firearms, and seized a large quantity of illegal narcotics. It all began when the Unit began investigating three burglaries in Ponchatoula on March 27, 2017. Numerous firearms were reported stolen.
Eva Schubert (38) of Hammond was identified as a possible suspect. She was located and was found to have an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear and was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine. She was arrested on those charges and, after being interviewed, identified other persons involved in the burglaries.
Subsequently arrested on various charges were Christ Maggert (34) of Madisonville, Steven Pierre (31) of Folsom, Joseph Lucas (34) of Ponchatoula,  Amanda Thompson (32 of Amite, Kaitlan Martin (20) of McComb, and Kristina Sharp (30) of Hammond.  Nine stolen firearms and a stolen Stihl blower were recovered and quantities of illegal narcotics were seized.

Street Crimes Detectives are currently requesting the help in locating Devin L. Powell and Donald Devall, Jr.. Powell's last known address is 23249 Powell Lane in Robert and was last seen with Christopher Cody Threeton from Covington. Devalle's last known address is 12254 Patrina Drive in Hammond and is known to have ties in the Baton Rouge area.
