Two Promoted at the Washington Parish Sheriff's Office

Sheriff Randy “Country” Seal today announced the promotion of two veteran officers. Anthony J. Romano, Jr., is promoted to Lieutenant for Criminal Patrol Shift C and David Cupp to Sergeant in the Criminal Patrol Division, Shift B.
