Maxine H. Varnado

Maxine Varnado of Kentwood passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017. She was a long-time member of Spring Creek Baptist Church, where she served her class, church, and the community. She enjoyed her years in the Sunshine choir, and loved her church & church family.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kermit R. Varnado, and brothers J.H. Hall, Floyd Hall and her sister, Vivien Richardson .
She is survived by many nieces, nephews and their families in Texas.
Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, from 6 PM until 8 PM on Monday and at Spring Creek Baptist Church, Spring Creek, on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 from 9:30 AM until Religious Services at 11 AM on Tuesday. Services conducted by Dr. Danny Smith. Interment Spring Creek Cemetery, Spring Creek.
