Man Arrested For Exposing Himself to Teenage Girls

Yesterday, the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office posted the story on social media of a man exposing himself to young females and they posted a description and picture of the suspect's truck. STPSO reports that almost immediately, the phones began ringing providing the identify of the man.
With the assistance of the Tangipahoa Sheriff’s Office, Derrick Lockhart  (40) of Ponchatoula was picked up at his home early this morning (March 17, 2017) and charged with two counts of obscenity.
