The Pike County Sheriff's Office is attempting to locate Jamie "Legion 100" McElvin, 6'1", 220 lbs., 28 year old black, male. McElvin could possibly be driving a 2016 Toyota Rav4 4 Door Black(Dark Blue) with Wyoming license plate 3-38785. McElvin is wanted for Accessory After the Fact to Murder.
