Tangipahoa Sex Offender Roundup Nets Eleven

On December 01, 2016, the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Office conducted a “Sex Offender Roundup” with the assistance of Probation and Parole and arrested eleven non-compliant sex offenders.  The offenders are required to register through TPSO. 

The approximately 290 registered sex offenders living in Tangipahoa Parish are subject to periodic  compliance checks to ensure the safety of the community and that sex offenders are fully complying with all sex offender registration requirements.

Those arrested were 1) Dennis Tyrone MARSHALL (black, male, D.O.B. 08/31/1973) of 711 Barnes Street, Hammond, 2) Robert LINDSEY ( black, male, D.O.B. 07/14/1965) of 211 Scanlan Street Hammond, 3) Charles LOVING (black, male, D.O.B. 08/06/1960) of 43229 Landry lane Hammond, 4) Ronald JORDAN (black, male, D.O.B. 04/11/1981) of 13080 Quick Boulevard Hammond, 5) David Dewayne DUNOMES- ( black, male, D.O.B. 12/13/1965) 106 Magazine Street Hammond, 6) Stephen PEA (black, male, D.O.B. 06/03/1961) 431 North 2nd Street Ponchatoula, 7) Christopher RATLIFF (white, male, D.O.B. 12/25/1981) 21046 Weinberger Road Ponchatoula, 8) Calvin Cedric BRIDGEWATER (black, male, D.O.B. 05/29/1992) 1203 Martin Luther King Drive Hammond, 9) Robert lee SMITH- (black, male, D.O.B. 01/10/1954) 65010 Dunomes Lane Roseland, 10) Gary TATE (white, male, D.O.B. 07/08/1951) 12648 Center Street Tangipahoa, 11) Sedric WATTS- (black, male D.O.B. 01/04/1970) 13444 Old Baton Rouge Highway Lot 233 Hammond.

Sheriff Daniel Edwards and the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Office take violations as they pertain to sex offenders very seriously and will continue to monitor compliance.   “I think by any standard of measure, this operation was a success.” says Edwards.
