Berley Dalton Broom

March 23, 1957 - December 12, 2020

Berley Dalton Broom passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, TN. He was born on March 23, 1957 in Tylertown MS and was 63 years old.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George Broom and Selma Ruth Powell Roberts and a brother, Clark Broom.

He is survived by: Wife of 40 years Brenda Broom of Pulaski, TN.; Daughter, Christie (Jeremy) Leverett of Blue Mound, TX.; Daughter, LaTasha (Dusty) Frierson of Pulaski, TN.; Son, Brandon Broom of Pulaski, TN.; 6 grandchildren, Andrea (Ethan) Lee of Killeen, TX. Ariel (Ronnie) Guest of Blue Mound, TX. Malachi Leverett of Blue Mound, TX. Jaxon, Kolin and Ramsey Frierson of Pulaski, TN.; 3 great-grandchildren, Austen & Lyrik Lee of Killeen, TX. Kaceton Guest of Blue Mound, TX.; Brothers, David (Shelia) Broom of Picayune, MS. And Paul (Clara) Broom of Columbia, MS.; Sister, Pat Slocum of Foxworth, MS. Numerous family, friends, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Visitation will be on Thursday, December 17th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home in Pulaski, TN. Visitation will also take place at New Life UPC in Bogalusa, LA on Saturday, December 19th from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm followed by service at 1:00 pm. Burial to follow in Burgetown Cemetery, Carriere MS. The family request that masks be worn for visitation and all services.

Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory in charge of arrangements in Tennessee and Poole Ritchie Funeral Home will handle the local arrangements in Bogalusa, LA.
