Cardiac Rehab is an exercise and education program designed for those who have suffered a heart event. It includes telemetry monitoring while performing exercises, education on ways to reduce your cardiac risk factors, and consultation with both the Registered Dietitian and Social Worker.
The program is individualized for each patient to achieve personal level of peak health after a heart related incident. The program consists of up to 36 visits, 3 times per week and is medically supervised daily.
