Help ID This Theft Suspect and Accomplice

Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the unknown male subject in the attached photo.

This guy and his four-legged furry accomplice were captured on surveillance video walking out of the PMC Machinery shop on Hwy. 190 West in Hammond with a shopping cart full of items that were not paid for. The estimated value of the items taken is $1,200. The incident occurred on February 7, 2020.
