Ervin James Hart
March 24, 1955 - November 03, 2019



"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest."   Matthew 11:28

Earvin James Hart, affectionately known as "Boo", was born to the late Willie and Miree Hart on March 24, 1955 in Franklinton Louisiana.  During his younger years he lived in New Orleans LA, and later moved back to his hometown of Franklinton, where he departed this life on Sunday, November 3, 2019.

Earvin leaves to celebrate his life, four daughters; Carritha Matthews (Kenneth) and Mercedes Brady all of New Orleans LA; Erwauna Lucas (Larry) of Covington LA; Emerous Anders of Bogalusa La  One son Ervin Brady of New Orleans LA; Seven grandchildren; Brianclaire Francis(Joseph) of AmiteLa, Ashhley Young of Hammond LA, Kadeeshia Young of Fort Myers FL; Celene Brady Russell, Tamara Magee and Canesha Mathues all of New Orleans La and Ja'Bari Lucas of Covington LA.  He had 14 great-grandchildren; Serenity, Nevaeh, Joshua, Josiah, Jarreat, Jayden, Jaxen, Rohanna, Jerrae, Genesis, Ke'Nyshia, Lakendra, Kenard and Michael. Five brothers and sisters; Roy Lee Hart (Helen), Felton Hart (Pauline) all of Franklinton LA, Talmadge Hart of Folsom, LA;  Creola Blackburn of Atlanta GA; and Ozzie Mae Garrett of Folsom LA.  Nine half brothers and sisters; Camazell and Kimmie Nichols, Lloyd Warren, Doris, Bennie, and Micheal Andrews, Norman Brock, Willie Esther Peters, Antoinette Lott and Carolyn Allen.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Theresa Boothe 15 days prior to his death, his parents Willie and Miree Hart; two brothers, Moses "Harvel" Hart and Prentiss Hart; two sisters; Lenora H Ellis and Willie Meanor Hart Simmons.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 42590 Hwy. 16, Franklinton, Louisiana. The Funeral will at 12:00 PM on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Greater Hayes Creek Missionary Baptist Church, 31499 Greater Hayes Creek Road, Franklinton, Louisiana.
