Charles Henry Mitchell, a lifelong resident of Bogalusa, LA, passed away at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington, LA on September 23, 2019 at the age of 58. He was born in Bogalusa, LA on September 24, 1960.
He is survived by his mother, Florence Dillard Mitchell of Bogalusa, LA; his brother, John (Wanita) Mitchell of Franklinton, LA; and two sisters, Rebecca Hardin of Franklinton, LA and Carolyn Lewis of Euless, TX. Mr. Mitchell is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Acey Mitchell, Jr.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate his life at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home & Crematory in Bogalusa, LA on Thursday, September 26, 2019. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until funeral service begins at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Fred Brumfield will officiate.
