Last month, Richard Ducote provided testimony against HB 248, which expands the use of "Parenting Coordinators" in child custody cases. It is evident that Ducote, who will be a candidate for a seat on the Louisiana Supreme Court in the fall, "speaks his mind" and is concerned for both parents and children during a difficult time of their lives.
