Charles Louis Adams passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City, Louisiana at the age of 71. He was born in Bogalusa, LA on December 11, 1947. He was a proud veteran, serving in the United States Army in Vietnam.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his son, Eric Charles (Jessica) Adams of Denham Springs, LA; his daughter, Amanda Hilliard of Baton Rouge, LA; two brothers, Richard (Connie) Adams of Berwick, LA and Terry (Joyce) Adams of Bogalusa, LA; and his niece, Misty Michelle Adams.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Lucille Adams; two sisters, Elvie Dillon and Shirley Hoover; and a brother, James Wilbur Adams, Jr.
Service celebrating his life will be at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home on Friday, January 11, 2019. Family will receive friends at 9:00 A.M. Funeral service will begin at 11:00 A.M. Rev. Father Daniel Brouillette will officiate. Interment to follow at Ponemah Cemetery. Full military honors will be presented by Magic City American Legion Post #24.
