Tyler Larkin Stevens, a resident of Poplarville, MS passed away on Monday, November 12, 2018 at the age of 31. He was a welder for Thomas Industrial and Mechanical. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing golf, and spending time with his boys at the river.
Those left behind to cherish Tyler’s memory included his parents, Mike and Phyllis Freeman of Poplarville, MS; his two loving sons, Paxton Hayes Stevens and Porter Kash Stevens of Isabel, LA; three brothers, Brandon Freeman of Bogalusa, LA, Hayden Freeman of Poplarville, MS, and Todd (Daphne) Stevens of Poplarville, MS; two sisters, Debbie Gentry of Poplarville, MS and Jamie (Justin) Franks of Hammond, LA; his grandmothers, Sandra Favre and Wanda Williams. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Tyler is preceded in death by his father, Larry Stevens; grandfathers, Gerald Favre and Dale Freeman; grandparents, Sidney and Bertie Stevens; and his cousin Keith “2 foot” Dykes.
Tyler’s family will receive friends at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home in Bogalusa, LA on Thursday, November 15, 2018. Rosary service will begin at 5:00 P.M. followed by visitation until 9:00 P.M. Visitation will continue at 9:00 A.M. at Annunciation Catholic Church on Friday, November 16, 2018 with funeral mass at 10:00 A.M. Reverend Father Daniel Brouillette will officiate. Interment to follow at Ponemah Cemetery.
