Calvin Eugene Irvine, Sr. passed away Monday October 8, 2018 at his home in Bogalusa, LA. at the age of 80. Calvin is a U.S. Navy Veteran, and was an active member of Central Missionary Baptist Church, Pine, LA.
Calvin is survived by one son Calvin Eugene Irvine, Jr. and his wife Debbie, of Bogalusa, LA. Three daughters Deborah Montz and her husband Kenneth, of Slidell, LA., Terry Howard of Sumrall, MS., and Kimberly Miller and her husband Robert of Pine, LA. One brother Harbert Irvine and is wife Winnie Lou of Angie, LA. Two sisters Ethel Seiler of Schertz, TX., and Daisy Knight of Bogalusa, LA. Sixteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
Calvin is preceded in death by his wife Annie Jane Hill Irvine. Parents Louie and Minnie Irvine. Three brothers Harlan, Danny and David Irvine. And one granddaughter Rhonda Bankston.
Visitation will be at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home in Bogalusa on October 12, 2018 from 10 am to 1 pm followed by a Funeral Service. Interment will be in the Ponemah Cemetery.
