Bro. Willie Junior Robinson was born October 9, 1955, in Bogalusa, LA to the late Will and Erma Robinson. He departed this life on September 5, 2018 at the age of 62 years old in Bogalusa, LA.
Willie was baptized in Sweet Beulah Baptist Church at a young age. Willie worked at Travis Grocery Store for many years until his health failed.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Will and Erma Robinson; two sisters, Janice Robinson and Juanita Johnson; three brothers, Prentiss Robinson, Joseph Robinson, and Wilton Baker; one niece, Shantel Butler; four great nieces, and great nephews.
Willie leaves to cherish his memories a devoted friend, Teretha Johnson; one brother, Albert Robinson; four sisters, Mary Ann Robinson, Helen (Alejondro) Rodriguez, Annie (Marvin) Hughes all of Bogalusa, LA and Alfreda Harris of McComb, MS; one great aunt, Emma Walls of Kentwood, LA; a step-daughter, Verneada (Erskine) Andrews; one step grandson, Derrick Fland; four step granddaughters, Tatiana Fland, Kierra Hall, Natavia Hall, Kensie Hall; one great grandson, Ar’monie Johnson; one special nephew, Billie Terrell Robinson; two special friends, Ricky Jones and Walter Hooks and other family and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 13, 2018 from 2:00PM - 5:00PM followed by a family hour from 5:00PM - 7:00PM at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa.
Funeral service will be Friday, September 14, 2018 at 2:00PM at Crain and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Stanley Nathaniel ~ Officiating. Interment will be in the Bogalusa Cemetery.
Crain and Sons Funeral Home - Bogalusa is in charge of arrangements.
