Miss Evelyn Marie Phillips, age 66 and of Bogalusa, was born February 12, 1952 to the late Miss Lucinda Phillips and Mr. Anderson Brown. She passed away on September 2, 2018 at Hood Memorial Hospital in Amite, La.
She leaves to cherish her memories a daughter Danielle Phillips, a son Derrick Phillips both of Bogalusa, LA; three grandchildren Ms. Darria Phillips of Lafayette, LA Davin and Dorien Phillips both of Bogalusa, LA; a brother Mr Ernest Phillips of New Brunswick, NJ; two sisters Miss Martha Phillips of Bogalusa, LA and Mrs. Sharon Solero of San Francisco, CA., and And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by both her parents and a sister in law Alfredia Phillips
Visitation will be 9:00AM-11:00AM Saturday, September 15, 2018 with funeral services beginning 11:00AM at Crain and Sons Funeral Home- 809 East Third Street Bogalusa, LA 70427 with Rev. Stanley Nathaniel officiating. The internment will be in Bogalusa Cemetery.
Crain and Sons Funeral Home-Bogalusa in charge of arrangements.
