Everette Sharp
March 4, 1929 - March 10, 2018


Everette Sharp, age 89 and a lifelong resident of the Isabel community, passed away at his residence on Saturday March 10, 2018. He was a Veteran of U.S. Navy.
Everette is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Peggy D. Sharp , Daughters, Sheila Creel, Brenda Ikerd and her husband Bobby, Tammy Duncan and her husband Tim, a son, Karl and his wife Laurie, 2 sisters, Beulah Enman and Caroleen Johson, a brother, J.L. Sharp, Grandchildren, Daniel Creel, Angela Jones, Lauren Howell, Lisa Canoy, Bobby D. Ikerd, Kristi D. Galloway, Amy Duncan, Kodi Sharp and Zachary Sharp, 14 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren with numerous nieces and nephews and his beloved pets, Teddy Bear, and Rosco.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Nathan and Alda Sharp, a son, Terry Wayne Sharp, and sister, Ruby Jean Evans and a son-in-law, Roger Creel.
Visitation will be held om Thursday March 15, 2018 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home beginning at 10:00 A.M until Service Time at 2:00 P.M. Rev. Leon Hickman will officiate the services and assisted by Rev. Michael Thomas. The interment will follow in the Mizell Cemetery located at Isabel, La.
In lieu of flowers the family request to make donations to the Isabel Baptist Church or to the Mizell Cemetery.
