A 16-year-old Folsom girl has been arrested after threatening another girl via SnapChat saying she was going to harm and kill her after being angered over rumors that had circulated the week prior involving a boy. She also sent the other girl a photo she downloaded off the internet of a gun.
The girl showed the messages and photo to an employee at the high school where she attends, and the school contacted the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office, who verified the threats.
The 16 year-old was arrested for Aggravated Assault and booked into the Florida Parishes Juvenile Detention Center.
