Slidell PD Wants Help Catching the “Shower Cap Bandits”

Slidell Police are asking for the public’s assistance with identifying two “shower cap bandits” who shoplifted hundreds of dollars of merchandise from Hibbett Sports located at 150 Northshore Boulevard in Slidell on August 22, 2017. 
The suspects are described to be two black females wearing shower caps and carrying two large bags. As the two females “shopped”, they helped themselves to hundreds of dollars’ worth of merchandise by stuffing it into their bags. The suspects fled from the store and attempted to pepper spray the manager when he tried to stop them. Witnesses observed the females get into a grey Infinity G-35.
These two females are believed to be linked to multiple other shoplifting incidents across the Slidell area. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Joel Hoskins at 985-646-4349 or Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111. You can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
