Kylie Nicole Bellard (32) was charged Thursday (September 7, 2017) with failing to register as a sex offender when she recently moved from an address on Strahan Road in Amite to a new address in Baton Rouge. Additionally, Bellard was found to have an active social media account which she is not allowed to have.Bellard was convicted May of 2006, of attempted cardinal knowledge of a juvenile.
Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards wants the public to know that the TPSO has over 300 registered sex offenders in Tangipahoa Parish and that their Sex Offender Compliance Unit frequently conducts compliance checks.
