Two Found in Bogalusa With Needles Still in Their Arms

The Bogalusa Police Department responded Tuesday (August 15, 2017) to Our Lady of Angels Hospital after a nurse reported that she entered a patient's room and found the patient and his wife passed out with tourniquets and needles in their arms.  
Officers searched the room and located assorted pills identified as Oxycodone, Tramadol, Percocet and Clonazepam; also found were two tourniquets, a zip lock bag containing cotton filters, a measuring cup, a spoon, short straws, a baggie of suspected heroin, a baggie of a brown crystallized substance and thirteen hypodermic needles.
Jamie Pilarczyk (34) of Baker was arrested and booked on Possession of Schedule 2 Narcotic (2 counts), Possession of Schedule 4 Narcotic (2 counts), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Pilarczyk's husband will remain a patient in the hospital and a warrant will be issued on him for the same charges. He will be arrested on the warrant once he's released from the hospital.
