Sarah May Mitchell
January 27, 1920 - August 10, 2017
Sara May Fairchild Mitchell age 97 passed away on August 10, 2017 at Our Lady Of The Angles Hospital in Bogalusa La. She was a resident of Resthaven Living Center in Bogalusa and Member of Mt Pleasant Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son William Martin Mitchell III of Bogalusa La. Three daughters Margaret R. Mitchell Hill of Bogalusa, Nancy Richmond of Tylertown MS, and Sarah Ruth Richardson of Varnado La. Twelve grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren and one great- great grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her husband William Martin Mitchell II, daughter May Ann Mitchell Easterling, parents William and Lucy Fairchild, brothers William Edward Fairchild, and Robert Leroy Fairchild.
Visitation will be in the chapel of Brown-Mcgehee Funeral Home on Sunday August 13, 2017 beginning at 10 a.m. until time for services in the chapel at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery at Varnado La.
